Job Description

• Manages sales of food and handle cashier duties
• Provide good customer service
• Responsible for allocation stall outlet operational needs such as:
• Opening and/or Closing of Food Outlet
• Simple preparation of food ingredients in a hygienic manger (e.g.: wash & cook rice, wash vegetables)
• Support the cook / chef in the display presentation and garnishing of cooked food
• Liaise orders with suppliers and check for the consistent quality of purchased goods
• Perform general housekeeping
• Maintaining the cleanliness of freezer/chiller storage
• Utensils/cooking equipment, entire kitchen, and storefront
• Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
• Other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by cook / supervisor
