Responsibilities:
. In-charge of cooking
. Assist in kitchen operations
. Manage / supervise all activities of all cook and other kitchen assistant.
. Prepare ingredients for cooking according to the establishment's standard recipes and operating procedures.
. Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction
. Upkeep hygiene and safety of kitchen
. Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner
. Suggest new promotion ideas and ways to improve
. Control wastage and manage food cost to ensure profitability
. Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
. Ensure all food and other items are stored appropriately
. Ensure compliance with SFA standards
. Provide counter service, when needed
