Main Responsibilities

• Wash and clean kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, and glassware
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and washing areas
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Dispose rubbish and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas
• Assist in basic kitchen cleaning duties and housekeeping
• Replenish cleaning supplies and inform supervisors when stock is low
• Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly sanitised according to hygiene standards
• Support kitchen operations during busy service periods
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of staff and common areas when required
• Follow workplace safety and food hygiene regulations
• Assist in opening and closing cleaning duties
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain operational cleanliness standards
