Overview: -

• Working Days: Mon to Sat 5.5 Day work week, (Mon to Fri 7am - 4pm , Sat 7am - 11am)
• Working Location: Central
• Monthly Base Salary: $3500 - $5500

Your Responsibilities: -

• Plan and prepare weekly menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Confirm menu approval with the owner before finalization.
• Ensure adequate stock of raw materials and ingredients are maintained
• Conduct daily inspections of kitchen cleanliness and upkeep.
• Supervise the maids during food preparation, ensuring compliance with SOPs and adherence to proper hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements: -

• Min 8 years of relevant work experience
• Able to cook healthy home cooked Chinese cuisine especially Cantonese and Teochew
