Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain food presentation standards to meet company expectations
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen setup before service hours to ensure readiness
- Clean and sanitize kitchen, equipment, and workstations to uphold hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to supervisors promptly
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently to ensure safe food handling
- Support team members during peak service periods to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Receive and store kitchen supplies properly to maintain organization and stock integrity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic kitchen or cooking experience preferred to support food preparation tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet service demands
