Contracts Manager (Technology)

Fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading technology firm&aposs legal team. This contracts management role plays an active role in drafting, negotiating and implementation of various types of contracts critical to the organizational success.

Responsibilities

You will manage the end to end cycle of contracts such as NDAs and service agreements etc. You&aposd be working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the contractual terms align with legal, compliance, internal and external policies.

Requirements

A degree/diploman in law. Admission to any Bar is advantageous however not compulsory. You bring at least 4 years of direct experience in contracts management ideally within the technology/telecommunication/data centre industry.
