We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be involved in the end-to-end contract administration of projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and submission of progress claims and variations
- Assist in the management and tracking of project costs and certifications
- Coordinate with Project Team, Main Contractors, and Finance on contract matters
- Participate in the preparation of final accounts and retention claims
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in QuantitySurveying or related discipline
- Relevant experience in Construction or contract administration is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines
- Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude
