Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
Job Scope
- Plan and coordinate the maintenance of EV charging stations with the contractors.
- Carry out maintenance of EV chargers for certain EV charging station / battery charger swap station models
- Attending to customers enquiries and coordinating with landlords before the commencement of maintenance work
- Ensure records are filed properly and data are updated promptly in system. Prepare and collate information for monthly reports
- Performing backend monitoring of the EV charging stations network using the Charging Station Management System and to carry out basic diagnostic of issues
- Responding to and troubleshooting issues/interruptions related to EV charging station hardware/firmware
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Engineering, Customer Operations) and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain an inventory of tools, spare parts and maintenance equipment, ensuring availability for site work
- Assist in evaluating contractor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Perform standby duty during and after office hours for network incidents and special events
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in relevant Engineering field
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to interpret technical data and logs from charging systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with contractors, customers, and internal teams
- Able to work on odd timings upon activation, ad-hoc tasks beyond work scope and public holidays and weekends if necessary
- Possesses a valid Class 3 Driving License preferably with own transportation for travelling to sites
