contract technical manager

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and manage a team of 50+ technical professionals across multiple APAC stakeholders.
Provide direction, mentorship, and governance across projects and service operations.
Act as the key point of contact for APAC stakeholders, ensuring delivery excellence.

Modernization & Microsoft Projects
Drive modernization programs across Microsoft-based projects.
Manage large-scale migrations including data center migrations, on-premise to cloud (Azure) transitions, and database upgrades.
Oversee vulnerability management initiatives across applications and infrastructure.

Cloud & Technical Delivery
Lead Azure cloud projects (application and infrastructure).
Provide technical oversight for cloud architecture, migrations, and operations.
Ensure effective adoption of best practices in cloud security, governance, and optimization.

Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all projects and operations align with BAFIN and DORA compliance requirements.
Implement compliance measures and recommendations across APAC products and applications.
Maintain strong governance processes for audit readiness and regulatory adherence.

Functional & Technical Expertise
Act as both a technical leader and functional manager, bridging project delivery and service operations

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields

More than 8 years of experience in a project management role/function for Information Technology handling large scale enterprise architecture

Project Management certifications e.g. PMP is highly preferred
