Contract Specialist – Asia Pacific

What You'll Be Doing
- Act as a key advisor to Sales and Business Leaders on contract strategy and deal structuring
- Lead end-to-end contract negotiations
- Review and shape a wide range of agreements (tenders, service contracts, NDAs, commercial terms)
- Balance risk vs. revenue, providing practical, commercially sound solutions
- Partner closely with Legal, Finance, and Operations to drive deal closure
- Own and improve tender processes and contract workflows across the region

Who They're Looking For
- 5–7 years in contract management, commercial contracts, or deal support
- Experience supporting sales teams or commercial functions
- Strong grounding in contract terms, negotiation, and risk assessment
- Exposure to government tenders or regulated industries is a plus
- Confident working across cultures in a regional APAC role
