. Assist and support the Project Manager in overall project coordination
. Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender documents, including handling tender related clarifications
. Prepare and manage customer quotations accurately and within timeline
. Monitor project progression and provide regular updates on project issues
. Coordinate with customers, contractors, and third party service providers
. Liaise with internal and external suppliers for quotations, ordering, and arranging goods delivery
. Handle customer enquiries via email or phone calls
. Support project execution and ensure smooth communication among all parties
Job Requirements
. Hands on experience in tender preparation or submission and quotation handling is an essential requirement
. Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent is preferred
. Minimum three years of relevant experience in project coordination within construction, design, building, or property or facility management
. Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is an added advantage
. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
. Five-day work week
