Job Description :
We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount!
- Handle and process sales orders to fulfil accurate and timely delivery commitment to customers
- Place orders with suppliers and follow up with suppliers to activate the orders to ensure timely arrival of the materials
- Execute and manage order processing transactions accurately and in a timely manner from order entry to on time delivery commitment to customers
- Coordinate with inventory planner to ensure stock availability
- Handle all suppliers and customers order enquiries, issues and complaints
- Prepare export documentation and liaise with freight forwarder
- Run open order status report and proactively communicate changes / delays and suggest alternative whenever possible to assist with on time delivery
- Process return, credit, debit and replacement request
- Actively involve in order management improvement projects
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- Preferably with 2 to 5 years of relevant experiences
- Proficient in MS Office
