Job Description
- Act as the commercial and contractual authority on large, complex technology projects
- Monitor contractual, financial and legal risks in real time across project delivery
- Advise project teams on contract mechanisms, rights and obligations to mitigate risk
- Develop and negotiate extension of time and prolongation claims to manage delay exposure
- Lead change control processes, including drafting and negotiating contract variations
- Track project margins and escalate material risks to senior leadership when required
- Oversee contractual deliverables, acceptance milestones and billing governance
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Contract Manager Should Have
- Minimum 10 years of contract management experience within telecommunications or ICT projects
- Proven experience managing complex, high‑value contracts across the full project lifecycle
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and apply detailed contract terms
- Track record of handling claims, variations and time‑related contractual issues
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Highly structured, detail‑oriented and comfortable operating in fast‑moving environments
