Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversees the preparation, negotiation, administration, and management of contracts for construction projects.
  • Manage cost control, risk, and value management to optimize project budgets and outcomes
  • Oversees and guide the team on Quantity take-off, estimation, cost planning, subcontracting, Variation Orders and negotiation of final accounts with clients.
  • Reviews progress of all on-going projects and ensures compliance with contract terms, manages risks, and supports project teams in resolving contractual issues.
  • Responsible and lead the team on monthly progress claims, evaluates and prepare Subcontractors claims.
  • Attend meetings with clients to discuss project progress and resolve issues
  • Prepare project costings and contracts while ensuring compliance with tendering and procurement procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, major experience in ACMV discipline.
  • At least 8-years experience in Contracts Administration with minimum 3 years Managerial experience.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in preparation, negotiation, and finalization of Contractual Claims.
  • Comprehensive contracts administration and dispute resolution knowledge and skills
  • Good understanding of Construction Contract Law.
  • Risk Management.
