Oversees the preparation, negotiation, administration, and management of contracts for construction projects.
Manage cost control, risk, and value management to optimize project budgets and outcomes
Oversees and guide the team on Quantity take-off, estimation, cost planning, subcontracting, Variation Orders and negotiation of final accounts with clients.
Reviews progress of all on-going projects and ensures compliance with contract terms, manages risks, and supports project teams in resolving contractual issues.
Responsible and lead the team on monthly progress claims, evaluates and prepare Subcontractors claims.
Attend meetings with clients to discuss project progress and resolve issues
Prepare project costings and contracts while ensuring compliance with tendering and procurement procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, major experience in ACMV discipline.
At least 8-years experience in Contracts Administration with minimum 3 years Managerial experience.
Extensive knowledge and experience in preparation, negotiation, and finalization of Contractual Claims.
