Contract Kitchen cook package (30hrs/week - 5 days work week) S$1,850
To assist other team members, with the key aim of delivering good quality of food to our customers.
Responsibilities
. Assist in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
. Prepare and cook various food items according to the Company's quality and cost requirements
. Ensure the freshness and quality of food items
. Perform kitchen tasks according to the kitchen task cycle and instructions from the Outlet Chef or respective supervisor
. Complete mise en place when required
. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
. Understand and ensure complies with the mandatory food safety and hygiene standards and requirements at all times
. Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors.
Requirements
. Minimum 2 years experience working in kitchen as food preparation and / or cooking.
. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
. Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
. Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
. WSQ Food and Hygiene Certification
. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
. 6 hours per day | 5 days per week
