Job Description

  • Well established Japanese Restaurant
  • Salary: $1850
  • Working days: 5 Days (30 hours/week)
  • Excellent Welfare & Benefits

Job Scope

  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation according to company standards.
  • Ensure food quality, freshness, and cost control requirements are met.
  • Follow kitchen task schedules and instructions from the Outlet Chef or supervisor.
  • Complete mise en place as required.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
  • Comply with all mandatory food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.


Requirement

  • GCE O Level and above
  • 2 years related experience working in kitchen
  • Possess WSQ Food and Hygiene Certification
