Jobs Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute instructorled and elearning programs for all employee levels.
- Manage training calendars, venue bookings, equipment setup, catering and coordination with external facilitators.
- Promote and disseminate L&D initiatives to staff and internal stakeholders, leveraging on all communication tools available locally, regionally and globally to push the offer
- Craft compelling communication campaigns to promote learning opportunities.
- Coordinate and steer webinars, lunch and learn events etc.
- Source, evaluate, and manage external training providers, consultants, and platforms.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor invoices, and track spend against the L&D budget.
- Maintain a vendor performance scorecard and recommend improvements.
- Manage the vendor procurement process
Job Requirements
- Min. 4-5 years of L&D experience
