Job Description

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Obtain and compile required vendor documentation in accordance with ENGIE policies, such as proof of financial capability, ethical conduct undertakings, HSE declarations, NDAs, and other compliance documents for review and record purposes.
  • Prepare vendor Letters of Award (LoA) and subcontract agreements by incorporating the necessary appendices (e.g., Bill of Quantities, Schedule of Rates, specifications, drawings, and agreed deviations)based on approved templates and BD's confirmed award instructions.
  • Issue finalized Letters of Award and subcontract agreements to vendors for endorsement and execution.
  • Maintain proper documentation and archive executed vendor contracts in the designated ENGIE platforms and systems.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Min Diploma Business Administration
  • Min 1 to 2 years experience in contract administration or a similar role within construction / engineering industry
  • Experience in handling documentation in accordance with corporate policies (e.g., compliance, HSE, ethics requirements).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative communication style, negotiation ability, and problem-resolution mindset.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors.
