Contract - Business Analyst

Job Description

• Gather and document business requirements for payment systems including cards, real-time payments, and digital wallets.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and tech teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.

• Analyze payment workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements for efficiency and compliance.

• Support testing activities (UAT/SIT), ensuring solutions meet business needs and regulatory standards.

• Monitor post-implementation performance and assist in issue resolution and continuous enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, ISO 20022, cards, and fintech ecosystems).

• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and documentation techniques.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and requirement elicitation skills.

• Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and solve complex business problems.

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the payments domain (e.g., AML, KYC)
