Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm, Monday - Fridays. Standby and shift work may be required
Location: West + roaming may be required
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements by working closely with business stakeholders and project teams
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvements
- Document current and future state business processes and identify areas for operational efficiency and optimization
- Collaborate with technical teams to support the design and implementation of solutions that meet business requirements
- Prepare business analysis deliverables such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and validating system functionality against requirements
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment on project objectives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
- Experience with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools is preferred
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA)
