Requirements:
. Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (on-the-job training will be provided).
. Proficient in spoken English and Mandarin to effectively communicate and liaise with a diverse group of residents and stakeholders.
. Pleasant, patient, and customer-oriented demeanor with good interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a project team.
Job Responsibilities:
Resident Relations & Communication
. Act as the main point of contact for residents regarding all project-related matters.
. Prepare, issue, and display notices and circulars to keep residents informed of upcoming works and schedules.
Complaint Management
. Professionally handle, investigate, and resolve resident feedback and complaints (e.g., noise, dust, access issues).
. Maintain an accurate log of all inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups and closure.
Project Coordination
. Work closely with the project site team (engineers, contractors, safety officers) to understand daily operations and minimize community disruptions.
. Attend site meetings and conduct joint site walks with residents and contractors when necessary.
