. A degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, Visual
Communications, communications design, public relations, or a related field.
. At least 4 years of experience in content strategy, engagement management, and/or
change management is preferred
. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute content strategies, with a portfolio of work that shows clear thinking about audience, purpose, and impact.
. Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder events such as hackathons, conferences, or
large-scale community programmes.
. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management systems, analytics
platforms, and social media.
. An eye for design and proficiency in Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools such as GIMP, Inkscape, or Scribus is a plus.
. Knowledge of data science, artificial intelligence, and/or data governance is a plus.
. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
. Proven track record in executing and delivering results in a structured, organised
manner.
