We are seeking to engage a Senior Content Strategist who will serve as an in-house product marketing specialist for Agile innovation Digital Department (RaiD), working to boost RAiD's Visibility and Engagement within RSAF and widen RAiD's Impact Beyond the RSAF by leading the development and execution of marketing strategies for RAiD. The role will also cultivate an understanding of product marketing principles among RAiD personnel, enabling RAiD to better appreciate and leverage external marketing expertise in the future.
The candidate will be expected to:-
- Develop and execute integrated communications strategies, translating complex RSAF digital and operational initiatives into clear narratives for leadership and stakeholders
- Lead multi-channel content and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of RAiD digital products and innovation initiatives
- Provide strategic communications advisory and ensure alignment across RSAF units, RAiD teams, and stakeholders for consistent messaging
- Ensure all content adheres to MINDEF/RSAF governance, including messaging consistency, approval workflows, and information security requirements
Candidate requirements include:
- Approximately 7 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or strategic communications, preferably in agency, startup, or high-growth environments
- Proven track record in developing and executing campaigns, growing digital platforms, driving audience engagement and brand visibility
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory experience, including leading cross-functional or regional teams
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Prior experience working with Government / GovTech agencies
