A leading global technology company is seeking a Content Specialist to help refine content experiences across digital platforms and products. This role focuses on system prompting, content strategy, and data analysis, and requires strong editorial judgment, operational excellence, and the ability to drive impactful processes across diverse projects. Job Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Evaluation: Develop and implement content guidelines and strategies for AI model evaluation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
- System Prompting: Write, iterate, and optimize system prompts to enhance large-language model (LLM) outputs for specific product use cases.
- Project Management: Facilitate day-to-day execution of workstreams, managing project timelines and deliverables at the operational level.
- Process Development: Design lightweight, repeatable workflows and content templates that enable teams to move quickly and iterate effectively.
- Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to extract actionable insights and trends, producing clear reports for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with content and product teams to improve user experience and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic or objectionable content.
Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data findings into concise, actionable insights
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and tone
- Hands-on experience developing and evaluating system prompts for AI models
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content discovery tools, and AI-related content strategy
- Ability to manage workflows and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic data analysis techniques
Day-to-Day
- Testing and iterating prompt models
- Reviewing platform content and generating insights to improve product experience
- Identifying cultural and platform trends across a wide range of topics
- Applying review guidelines to content at scale to ensure accuracy and consistency
Candidate Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in prompt testing and/or prompt engineering, with 4-5 years of prior experience in content analysis or editorial work
- Strong editorial background (e.g., journalism, editorial writing, content evaluation)
- Strong spreadsheet-based data analysis skills
- Bachelor's degree required
Good-to-Have Skills
- Additional languages at a native level
- Coding experience
- Strong interest in social media trends and digital culture
