Job Description

Advanced MedTech is redefining digital healthcare experiences in Urology, and the Digital Experience team is seeking a dynamic Digital Content Specialist to support our growth across diverse initiatives.

In this role, you&aposll create engaging, strategic content to promote our Dornier MedTech urology devices, and engage directly with the worlds largest digital patient communities for kidney stones and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Additionally, youll spearhead targeted initiatives to foster the adoption of UroGPT, our AI chatbot, among our kidney stone patient population.

Your responsibilities will span strategic content planning, community engagement management, and versatile copywriting tailored to distinctive brand identities. Through deep industry research and innovative thinking, youll continuously deliver impactful content that deepens audience engagement, drives customer acquisition, and elevates our brand presence.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate sharp critical thinking skills, agility in adapting to changing project needs, and an intrinsic desire to continuously expand their knowledge and creative toolkit.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Health Program, and involves significant collaboration with our design, product, and regional marketing teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted content strategies and produce engaging, empathetic copy for Dornier MedTech and patient-facing communities, Worst Pain Ever and Worst Prostate Ever, including emails, social media posts, advertisements, and other digital content formats as needed.
  • Partner with global product marketing and/or regional teams to plan and execute effective device launches and campaign journeys.
  • Produce patient-centric campaigns to enhance engagement and support direct-to-patient marketing for our AI chatbot, UroGPT.
  • Lead community management activities including scheduling posts, moderating discussions, responding to messages, and escalating inquiries appropriately.
  • Oversee project management of digital content initiatives, maintaining strong collaboration with design teams to guarantee all marketing materials, including social media, email, and web assets, are visually engaging and consistent with internal standards.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine content approaches, enhancing reach, engagement, and impact.
  • Conduct thorough research to generate fresh content ideas and ensure accuracy and credibility across materials.
  • Support additional digital initiatives and AI-related projects by assisting with smaller-scale assignments as needed, demonstrating adaptability and willingness to engage in diverse areas.
  • Work in an agile, digitally focused project team with global impact.

Job Requirements

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in copywriting, content strategy, or agency environments preferred.
  • Able to showcase a portfolio of social media posts, articles and/or emailers.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and emerging social media platforms.

Aptitude

  • Strong interest in healthcare, medical technology and/or the Urology field.
  • Exceptional writing skills adaptable to multiple brand voices and audiences.
  • Proven critical thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Customer-centric mindset with an eagerness to learn, experiment, and actively seek feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to independently manage projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Operational Skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective in cross-team collaboration.
  • Comfortable translating complex medical information into accessible, engaging content.
  • Open to feedback and committed to ongoing learning and professional growth.
