We aren't looking for a Film Director; we are looking for a Content Junkie who lives on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube. You're the person in the friend group who always gets the best angles, knows exactly which lighting looks expensive, and understands what makes people stop scrolling. Your mission is simple: Get the shot. We provide the scripts; you provide the eyes. Whether you're using your iPhone or a vlogger camera, you know how to move, frame, and capture footage that feels native to the feed and ready to go viral.

Role Objectives:
- Pure Execution: You are the one on the ground making the magic happen. You'll find the best lighting, the coolest angles, and the smoothest movements to bring our scripts to life.
- Visualize the Script: You can read a script and instantly see the scenes. You'll explain your shot ideas for each line, ensuring the visuals are fast-paced and high-energy.
- Social-First Eye: You understand landscape orientation and, more importantly, understand that 9:16 is a different beast. You know how to use safe zones, where to place the subject so they aren't covered by captions, and how to film transitions (like whip-pans) that make the video pop.
- Trend-Fluent: You're on the apps enough to know what's trending now. You bring that energy to every shoot, suggesting camera moves that feel current.
- Directing on Set: You're comfortable telling the talent (our clients) exactly how to move, where to look, and how to deliver lines to get that banger shot.
Requirements:
- 1+ Years of Shooting Experience. This doesn't have to be an office experience. Maybe you've shot for influencers, run your own YouTube/TikTok, or done freelance gigs for local brands. As long as you've been shooting for a year or more, we want to see it.
- You genuinely love social content. You understand the vibe that makes a video feel authentic and cool rather than a boring ad.
- You are a pro at getting high-end results using an iPhone, compact vlogger cameras (Sony ZV, DJI Osmo, etc.), or even professional cameras.
- Demonstrated experience in production of social media content (Reels, TikTok, BTS, vlog-style, podcast)
- You can read a script and instantly know the best angles, lighting, and scroll-stopping hooks to use.
- You know how a video comes together. You capture enough variety, B-roll, different angles, and transitions, so the editors have everything they need.
- You're confident in telling a client exactly how to move and talk to look cool and authoritative in front of cameras.
- Based in Singapore, with the flexibility to manage ad-hoc shoot schedules and travel to various locations.
