Job Description

As an on-site contract staff supporting a major public-facing initiative in the healthcare industry, you will be responsible for the end-to-end content management and operational governance of a health app. This role ensures that content is accurately categorised, prioritised, scheduled and published in accordance with established SOPs to deliver an optimal user experience.

What You Can Expect

Your primary areas of focus include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive the end-to-end execution of existing manual content prioritisation workflows, including content scoring, scheduling, calendar management, and escalation of exceptions in accordance with established SOPs.
  • Ensure content is accurately tagged, categorised and published within the app ecosystem.
  • Drive execution of manual workflows while supporting the transition towards automation of content prioritisation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the development and operationalisation of an automated digital content prioritisation and management solution to deliver optimal user experience of a health app.
  • Handle internal stakeholder enquiries on content prioritisation matters and appropriately redirect queries that fall outside operational scope.
  • Support app feature governance and enhancements by collaborating with product teams, conducting impact assessments, and facilitating approval processes for feature updates and new enhancements.
  • Support other digital marketing initiatives, such as coordinating user surveys, content management, user acceptance test and analytics.
  • Conduct content audits, quality checks and governance reviews to ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Present project updates and/or proposals to stakeholders when required.
  • Provide secretariat duties for stakeholders meeting, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, agenda setting, coordination and minutes taking.
  • Other procurement and budget management-related duties

You should have:

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or content operations
  • Candidates with relevant qualifications or experience in Digital Marketing/MarTech, Business, Marketing Communications or a related field will be considered.
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Effective stakeholder management skills
  • Basic understanding of digital apps and/or tech development to liaise effectively with IT and UX teams
  • Experience working in app-based environments is a plus
  • Experience in healthcare or public sector environments is advantageous
  • General interest in health and wellness
