- Work key stakeholders to build and execute on GTM strategy, plan & timeline to create market awareness and demand prior to product launch
- Conceptualize, plan, and coordinate social media ads in collaboration with sales managers, and execute ads across the EU region.
- Collaborate closely with the digital agency to develop a strategic digital marketing campaign aimed at maximizing ROI and aligning with company objectives for selected EU market.
- Oversee social media management for EU. Work with design and content team to regularly create social content to maintain and update social media pages regularly
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital ads to enhance performance and ROI
- Identify and engage EU media outlets for product reviews. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, and monitor media coverage.
- Manage Public Relations agencies in the EU to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective Public Relations outcomes across different markets
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional influencer marketing campaigns that align with growth objectives and target audience including campaign strategy, sourcing influencers, negotiating rates, managing contracts, reporting and forecasting
- Create custom design assets using Canva for ad campaigns and support asset needs from sales managers if needed
- Identify and pursue business development and partnership opportunities that can elevate the brand.
- Source strategic partnerships and event participation opportunities.
- Source, plan, strategize, coordinate, and execute events in collaboration with agencies and sales managers.
- Manage budget and process claims for marketing expenses across the entire EU portfolio
- Creating, editing, and maintaining marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Provide any miscellaneous marketing assistance as required.
Requirements:
. Min diploma and Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
. 2-4 years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, or regional marketing
. Proven experience managing marketing initiatives targeting the EU market
. Hands-on experience executing paid media campaigns across digital and social platforms
. Experience working with and managing agencies
. Experience building relationships with EU media outlets for product reviews
. Strong understanding of social media strategy and content planning
. Ability to oversee content calendars and social management for EU audience
. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator
. Ability to brief designers and copywriters effectively
. This job will have a chance to be converted to full time after the maternity cover.
