Content Marketer (Lead Generation & Performance Content)

Plan, create, and execute high-performing content that drives views, engagement, and qualified leads daily.
You are not just planning content.
You are producing content that performs and converts.

- In shoots
- In edits

ideas content leads revenue
If content is noise, you make it perform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Execution (CORE FOCUS)
- Plan and execute daily content output (short-form + long-form)
- Be involved in:Filming Direction and On-ground execution
- Work closely with, Sales and Editors
You are accountable for:
Content going live and performing, not just ideas
2. Content That Converts (NOT JUST VIEWS)
- Build content with:Hooks that stop scrolling, Clear CTAs, Conversion intent
- Ensure every content answers:
What action should the viewer take
3. Performance Optimisation (DAILY LOOP)
- Review performance of content to Views Retention Leads generated
- Continuously improve to Hooks & Video structure Pacing
This is a daily feedback loop, not monthly reporting
4. Content Leads Execution
- Implement to Lead forms, CTAs, Funnel links
- Work with team to Improve conversion rates and Reduce friction
5. Copy & Creative Direction
- Write Hooks, Captions, CTAs
- Guide editors on, Flows, Cuts, Emphasis
6. Collaboration (Execution-Focused)
- Work with Sales / partnerships align on lead goals,
Content Marketer (you) team ensure smooth shoots,
Editors ensure fast turnaround
KPIs (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Number of content pieces published weekly
- Views per content
- Retention rate
- Leads generated per content
- % of content that converts into leads
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Experience in: Content creation / marketing / media
- Proven ability to: Execute content consistently and Improve performance over time
- Strong understanding of: Social media platforms and Hooks, storytelling, audience behaviour
Mindset (CRITICAL)
- Execution-first (not idea-only)
- Fast-moving
- Obsessed with performance
- Takes ownership of output
You Are:
- Comfortable being on shoots
- Hands-on with content
- Willing to test, fail, and iterate quickly
