Role Description
The Marketing Executive (6-Month Contract) will be a hands-on driver of campaign execution and brand presence at Skyline Luge Singapore. Operating in a lean team, you will bridge the gap between creative conceptualization and on-ground reality, managing social media content, coordinating with external vendors, and hosting KOL/media visits on-site at Sentosa. This role requires a proactive multi-tasker who can pivot and adapt quickly. It is ideal for a high-energy professional who thrives on immediate results and enjoys the logistical challenge of an active, outdoor tourism environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution
- Execute and support coordination of assigned marketing activities in accordance with approved plans, timelines, and briefs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, source for and qualify external vendors to support campaign rollouts.
Content Creation & Maintaining Social Media Platforms
- Assist in the creation and coordination of social media content with designers, videographers, and content collaborators.
- Publish content across relevant social media platforms.
- Moderate guest comments, messages, and enquiries in a professional and customer-centric manner.
Brand Compliance and Consistency
- Assist in the coordination and installation of on-site posters, signages, and displays in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Conceptualise and implement seasonal on-site theming for festive seasons.
Visual Production and Media Engagements
- Assist in organising photoshoots and filming to update the brand media library with approved assets.
- Support the coordination and scheduling of KOL, influencer, and media visits in line with approved plans
- Liaise with internal operational teams to ensure smooth on-ground execution during visits.
- Support KOLs and media on-site to ensure a positive, professional, and brand-aligned experience.
- Assist in post-visit follow-ups including content tracking, asset collection, and documentation.
Skills/Experience/Competencies Required:
- Diploma or bachelor's in marketing, communications or related field.
- Fresh grads in relevant fields are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing or social media related roles.
- Highly energetic, curious, proactive, and adaptable, with a positive go-getter attitude.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with good organisational skills.
- Interest or passion in tourism will be an added advantage.
