We are looking for a Content Distribution & Sales Manager in Southeast Asia to drive growth through impactful content distribution, licensing, and media sales partnerships.

As our Content Distribution & Sales Manager, you will be the face of COL Group in Southeast Asia's evolving content landscape. You will secure and grow content distribution and licensing deals across OTT platforms, TV networks, and digital publishers, while driving media sales and advertising partnerships to expand our IP reach and revenue streams.
We're looking for a proven performer in content and media salessomeone who spots opportunities, drives conversations to deals, and thrives on building new revenue pathways for the business.
Who You Are

35 years of proven success in content distribution, licensing, or media sales within the digital, tech, or entertainment industries.
Direct experience in selling and negotiating content deals with OTT platforms, TV networks, and digital publishers.
Experience in advertising and media sales is a strong plus.
A hunter's mindset with a closer's confidence, able to build pipelines, open doors, and secure meaningful deals.
Bring an existing network of potential partners in the content and media ecosystem.
A clear communicator and relationship builder, comfortable pitching to senior stakeholders.
Thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments, disciplined in follow-through and reporting.
Most of all, hungry to lead, learn, and grow in a company expanding globally at pace.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute the content distribution and sales strategy for Southeast Asia.
Drive content licensing deals and syndication partnerships with OTT platforms, broadcasters, and digital publishers.
Build and grow media sales and advertising partnerships, opening new revenue streams.
Own the full sales cycle: outreach, pitching, negotiation, closing, and account management.
Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, creative, operations) to deliver partner value.
Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings to expand market presence.
Track performance and report regularly on sales activities and market insights.
