Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Campaign Content Development
. Support the development and execution of integrated campaigns for postgraduate admissions (MSc/PhD) and key school initiatives (e.g. Open House, flagship programmes)
. Translate campaign objectives into engaging, audience-relevant content across platforms
. Develop content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn), short-form videos, EDMs, and newsletters
. Manage timelines and deliverables within structured campaign plans

Alumni & Employability Storytelling
. Create compelling content on alumni and student profiles, career pathways, and industry collaborations
. Translate insights from data, surveys, and stakeholders into clear and engaging narratives
. Build and maintain a pipeline of employability-focused content

Digital & Video Content Production
. Produce high-impact digital content including interviews, programme features, and event coverage
. Manage end-to-end content production (scripting, filming, editing, publishing)
. Apply platform best practices and track performance metrics (e.g. engagement, CTR, open rates) to optimise content

Content Operations & Stakeholder Coordination
. Collaborate with faculty, students, alumni, and internal teams to develop content
. Ensure alignment with branding and communication guidelines
. Manage multiple deliverables across campaigns within structured workflows

Requirements:

Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field preferred
. Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered

Experience
. 3-6 years of experience in PR, content, communications, digital marketing, or agency environments
. Experience in campaign-based and multi-platform content development

Skills & Competencies
. Strong content development and storytelling skills across short- and long-form formats
. Ability to translate briefs into clear, engaging narratives
. Experience managing content end-to-end, from ideation to publishing
. Proficiency in digital and video content creation
. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines

Location: West
Salary: $4000-5000/Month
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours)
Duration: 1 Year
