Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global payroll functional & integration testing, including data gap analysis and system enhancement identification in SuccessFactors
- Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to implement country-specific requirements, support UAT, and resolve system issues
- Develop and maintain SIT/UAT test scripts and datasets to ensure thorough testing coverage
- Facilitate user training, briefings, and coordinate payroll testing activities with stakeholders
- Support change management and rollout activities in collaboration with global payroll vendors
- Oversee payroll data integrity, including pay component reconciliation, data validation, cleansing, and standardisation
- Manage project progress, system integrations, and ticket resolution to ensure smooth payroll operations and timely delivery
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Degree in HR/Business (or related) with at least 5 years experience in HR operations within a shared services environment
- Strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors HCM (Employee Central), including data management and system administration
- Proven experience integrating SuccessFactors with payroll systems and supporting end-to-end HRIS processes
- Skilled in change management, user training, and stakeholder communication for system implementations
- Proficient in reporting and analytics using SuccessFactors, Excel, and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau)
- Solid project management capabilities, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills, compliance awareness (PDPA/GDPR), and ability to work independently in complex environments
