ABOUT THE JOB
- Act as the primary liaison between business users (Advisory, Portfolio Mgmt., Risk, Compliance) and IT.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Triple'A functionality (suitability, portfolio modeling, order generation, performance reporting).
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with developers, vendors, and integration teams.
- Support system testing (UAT, regression) and coordinate defect resolution.
- Drive enhancements, upgrades, and parameterization in line with regulatory (MiFID II, ESG, FATCA) and operational needs.
- Provide expertise on integration points between Triple'A, Avaloq, Temenos WealthSuite, and downstream systems.
- Train and support business stakeholders during project delivery and post-go-live phases.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
- 3-7 years of Business Analyst experience in private banking or wealth management.
- Proven expertise in Temenos Triple'A (TPA), with strong understanding of portfolio management workflows.
- Familiarity with wealth management regulatory requirements (suitability, appropriateness, reporting).
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and in international environments.
