Consultant – Operations Excellence

Location: Singapore (Hybrid / On-site)

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

We are seeking a Consultant Operations Excellence to join our Singapore team. You will work with clients across industries to analyze operations, optimize processes, and implement performance improvement initiatives. The role is ideal for candidates passionate about operational efficiency, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

• Lead or support operations improvement projects, including process analysis and redesign.
• Conduct gap analysis, performance benchmarking, and root cause assessments.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support digital transformation and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable adoption of operational improvements.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices internally.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or operational roles.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies; certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
