Who We Are Looking For
Crisis24's Crisis Security Consulting (CSC) team is seeking a Consultant to join our expanding Asia-Pacific practice, based in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in driving business development, expanding CSC's footprint across APAC, and supporting consulting engagements worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in geopolitical and security issues across the region and professional-level proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken). A postgraduate qualification (Master's or equivalent) in a relevant field and 3-5 years of relevant experience are required. The role also requires a willingness to travel including to higher-threat environments and adapt to bespoke international projects.

What You Will Work On
Business Development
- Drive new business generation for CSC across Asia-Pacific, meeting and exceeding annual sales and pipeline targets
- Develop and manage a proactive lead-generation strategy for clients headquartered in Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Japan, and other key APAC hubs
- Build, manage, and convert a sustained pipeline of opportunities, leveraging local networks, industry events, and market intelligence
- Scope, price, and manage the development of high-quality RFP responses and proposals
- Represent CSC, Crisis24, and GardaWorld in client pitches, briefings, and strategic presentations
- Identify opportunities to integrate the broader GardaWorld service offering into client engagements
- Provide market insight to internal stakeholders on emerging opportunities, competitive positioning, and regional sector trends
Consulting Services Delivery
- Deploy to client offices throughout APAC and/or other overseas locations to deliver CSC's pre-incident consulting services
- Support CSC consultants with client-facing projects and deliverables, including preparing presentations, training materials, bespoke research, and other supporting functions as required
- Support CSC consultants with the delivery of projects ranging from security risk management, crisis management, business continuity, and other bespoke consultancy projects
- Support client operations and on-the-ground deployments, including in challenging environments
- Analyze and present to clients in concise and actionable formats

Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate with colleagues across the Crisis24 global network including teams in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East & Africa, and Asia Pacific as well as with partners within the GardaWorld group. Cross-functional teamwork with our Special Risks, All Hazards, and Product Risk units will be a key part of your role.
What You Will Bring
- Master's degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Business, or related field
- 35 years of relevant professional experience, ideally including business development, consulting, intelligence, security, or risk management
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin, written and spoken (essential for China growth responsibilities)
- Strong understanding of regional security, political, and operational risk considerations
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure
- Proven ability to operate with discretion and professionalism, including handling sensitive commercial and geopolitical information
- Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft applications and OSINT tools
- Eligibility to reside and work in Singapore
Preferred
- Experience working or traveling within the Asia Pacific, particularly in complex or high-risk environments
- Familiarity with OSINT monitoring platforms and digital threat intelligence tools
