A Day in the Role:
You will be the heart of our beauty counters. Your primary mission is to provide expert consultation, understand client needs, and recommend perfect product solutions. You will build lasting relationships, achieve sales targets, and ensure every client leaves feeling confident and beautiful.

Your Compensation & Benefits:
We believe in rewarding excellence comprehensively. A high performer can expect a total annual compensation package ranging from $50,000 to $70,000+, structured as follows:

• Attractive Base Salary:$3,000 - $3,500 per month, providing stability.

• High Individual Commission:5% - 10% on your personal sales. Based on current team averages of $10K - $20K in sales, this translates to $500 - $2,000+ monthly in commission alone.

• Team Bonus:Group Commission Incentive of $3,000 - $5,000 paid quarterly, rewarding collective success.

• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)

• Annual Leave:14 days

Requirements:

• Proven experience in beauty retail, skincare consulting, or makeup artistry.

• A genuine passion for the beauty industry and trends.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills ability to connect and build trust.

• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Positive team player attitude.

Work Schedule & Location:

Work Days: 5 days a week.

Off Days: Enjoy every Sunday off, plus one additional weekday off for better work-life balance.

Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, with a full 1-hour rest break.

Locations: Be placed at our flagship boutiques in Orchard, Novena, or Jurong. Preferences will be considered during the hiring process.
