Construction Supervisor

KeyResponsibilities:

1. Able to read and understand drawings and support engineersinterpreting technical drawings and spotting potential issues.

2. Supervise and monitor projects to ensure adherence to operatingprocedures, quality standards, contractual specifications and safetycompliances.

3. Lead, motivate, manage and supervise workers and subcontractors.

4. Monitor site progress, report updates to the project team andmaintain accurate site records.

5. Attend site meetings and liaise with project team and stakeholders.

6. Maintain proper site housekeeping, material and equipmentmaintenance

7. Able to do materials taking off and ordering of required materials.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

2. Basic Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) Certificate is required.

3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under tight schedules.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safetyguidelines.

6. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).
