Job Description

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate, supervise, and monitor site workers and subcontractors.
Must be willing and able to work weekends and night shifts as required by project schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and workplace safety standards.
Maintain high standards of construction workmanship and quality control.
Monitor and track project schedules to ensure timely completion of works.
Interpret construction drawings and perform accurate site material calculations.
Liaise with Quantity Surveyors (QS) to monitor progress, claims, and variation orders (VOs).
Identify, manage, and resolve on-site issues effectively and promptly.
Report site progress, issues, and updates to the Project Manager.
Attend and actively participate in site meetings.
Ensure strict compliance with safe work procedures and safety policies at all times.
