Jobscope :

Design & Coordination
Lead the design and integration of fire protection systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, risers, gas suppression, and smoke controlPerform hydraulic calculations, develop schematics, and produce technical drawings in compliance with local and international standardsCoordinate closely with ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and structural teams to ensure seamless system integration

Regulatory & Authority Compliance

Ensure full compliance with SCDF regulations, Fire Safety Act, BCA requirements, and relevant codes of practice

Prepare and submit fire safety documentation, including plans and calculations

Liaise with QPs, RIs, and authorities to secure approvals and clearances

Project Execution

Manage fire protection works across the full project lifecycle, from design to installation and commissioning

Review shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements from vendors and subcontractors

Address site issues, conduct risk assessments, and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery

Testing & Commissioning

Oversee system testing, inspection, and commissioning, including coordination with ACMV systems such as pressurisation and smoke extraction

Ensure proper documentation, handover, and compliance with FSC requirements

Mentor and support junior engineers and draftsmen in technical and project matters

Drive knowledge sharing on fire safety standards, compliance, and industry best practices
