Job Description
You will be part of the System Support team within the Distribution Middle Office (DMO), supporting multiple product lines and distribution channels.
This role bridges business and IT, driving system enhancements, supporting key initiatives, and ensuring reliable delivery of business-critical applications across distribution channels.
Responsibilities
System Enhancements & Project Delivery
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements (BRD)
- Support end-to-end delivery of system enhancements, including testing and implementation
- Develop test plans and user documentation to ensure quality and readiness
- Perform feasibility assessments and functional analysis
- Drive continuous improvements in documentation and testing practices
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key liaison between business, IT, and vendors
- Ensure clarity, alignment, and translation of business requirements into solutions
- Provide recommendations aligned to business and operational objectives
Production Support
- Provide system support to DMO users and distribution channels
- Manage and resolve incidents within agreed timelines
- Track and ensure closure of issues with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 2–5 years experience in Business Analysis, System Support, or IT project delivery
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements (e.g. BRD, functional specs)
- Familiarity with the system implementation lifecycle (UAT, testing, deployment)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT teams
- Experience in production support/incident management is an advantage
