Job Description

  • Ensure work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors.
  • Need to work on week end also
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with relevant building codes and safety standards
  • Excellent construction skills
  • Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.
  • Able to understand drawings and Calculation of Site Materials
  • Liaise with QS to monitor work schedule and claim or VOs.
  • Manage issues on site and resolve them
  • Report to Project Manager on site matters and progress of work
  • Attend to Site Meetings
  • Compliance to safe work procedures
