Production ManagementPlan, prepare, and oversee daily baking production (bread, pastries, cakes, etc.)Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation of all productsDevelop and standardize recipes

Kitchen OperationsManage overall bakery kitchen operations and workflowEnsure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards (e.g. NEA/SFA regulations in Singapore)Monitor inventory and order baking supplies and ingredients

Staff SupervisionLead, train, and supervise junior bakers and kitchen staffAssign daily tasks and schedulesEnsure team productivity and discipline

Quality ControlInspect raw materials and finished productsMaintain high standards of food quality and safetyHandle customer feedback related to bakery items

Menu DevelopmentCreate new recipes and seasonal itemsImprove existing products based on trends and customer preferences
