Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications, driving timely and budget-compliant completion. Lead on-site teams and collaborate with project managers to optimize scheduling and resource allocation while maintaining a strong safety culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage on-site construction teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget
- Coordinate daily construction activities in strict accordance with project plans and specifications to ensure quality and compliance
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and adjust schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor overall project progress
- Enforce safety protocols rigorously, fostering a proactive safety culture among all workforce members
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify, report, and resolve construction issues promptly, minimizing delays and risks
- Communicate clearly and professionally with project stakeholders to address concerns and provide timely updates on project status
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant construction supervision experience
- Valid Driving License
- Completion of Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course
- Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
- Flexibility to work in shift patterns including Night and Day shifts
