CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description & Requirements

Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and in-house workers

Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.

Co-operate with safety personnel always ensure adherence to Workplace Safety & Health at all times.

Assist PM and Project Engineers on the daily execution of permanent and temporary works such as road diversion, drainage and pavement work and etc.

Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings

Ensure that work is executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship with observation of strict deadlines.

Perform safety,equipment,materials routine inspection

To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.

Attend daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.

Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.

Responsible for materials and manpower planning usage at site.

Other ad hoc duties assigned day to day. (Night shift required)
