$4300 - $4500 per month

Responsibilities:

. Overseeing projects at one or multiple stipulated sites.

. Assist project manager is the execution of the projects.

. Responsibilities for co-ordination with Consultants, Architects and relevant authorities.

. Liaise with Consultants, Main contractor, Suppliers, Subcontractor on Equipment & Material submissions.

. Monitor and ensure progress of works are carried out according to project specification.

. Assist drafting team for design schematic drawing, layout drawing, P&ID drawing. Review and check drawing before submit to main contractor.

. Oversee the overall planning of ACMV works, site inspection, variation order and certification of work done for all assigned projects.

. Support project manager in the administration of contract, claim, variation and any dispute arise.

Requirements:

. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Required Skill(s): Excellent leadership, communication& interpersonal skills.

. Able to start work immediate or within short notice period
