Job Description & Requirements
- Scheduling the workers, and making sure instructions are carried out properly
- Attend site meeting
- Monitor, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure the waterproofing work is carried out in a quality and efficient manner.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting to the Senior Manager
- Coordinate, communicate among team members, customers, and contractors and ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawing/specification
- Provide on-site solutions during supervision works
Requirement:
- Min 1 year of experience in a supervising position
- Able to read, understand, and work from technical drawing
- Having a Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Cert, Managing work at height, Class 3 Driving Licence
- Good communication skills, able to coordinate & liaise with people at all levels.
- Able to work under tight schedules
- Hard-working and keen to learn
- Team player and also able to work independently
