Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and reliable Class 3 Driver to support daily delivery and collection operations. The driver will be responsible for transporting shipments safely, professionally, and on time, while ensuring proper handling of goods in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements.
For SFS, this role may include the handling of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, and general logistics shipments, where accuracy, care, and compliance are important.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily delivery and collection of parcels, cartons, and cargo from customers, airports, warehouses, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other locations.
- Drive a Class 3 vehicle, including van or electric van, in a safe and responsible manner.
- Ensure all shipments are collected, delivered, scanned, and documented accurately.
- Handle temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical and healthcare shipments according to company SOPs.
- Check shipment labels, delivery orders, airway bills, permits, and supporting documents before delivery or collection.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery according to assigned route schedules.
- Maintain proper chain-of-custody during transportation.
- Report any delay, damage, temperature excursion, traffic issue, or delivery problem immediately to the operations team.
- Assist with loading and unloading of shipments safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks before use, including battery/fuel level, tyres, lights, brakes, and cleanliness.
- Follow all traffic regulations, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.
- Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers.
- Support warehouse or operations tasks when required.
- Estimated about 3 to 5 jobs per day
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
- Minimum 1-2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Familiar with Singapore roads, industrial areas, hospitals, airports, and logistics locations.
- Able to read and understand basic English instructions and delivery documents.
- Physically fit and able to carry cartons or parcels when required.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
- Good attitude and willingness to follow SOPs.
- Comfortable using mobile apps, delivery scanners, WhatsApp, GPS, and basic digital tools.
- Experience in logistics, courier, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cold chain delivery will be an advantage.
- Experience driving electric vans will be an added advantage.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday / Saturday, depending on operational needs.
- Overtime may be required based on delivery schedules and customer requirements.
