Job Description

  • Site Supervision: Monitor the day-to-day activities on the construction site.

  • Scheduling: Ensure the project is progressing according to schedule and adjust timelines as needed.
  • Quality Control: Make sure the construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Safety Oversight: Enforce safety regulations to minimize accidents and hazards.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the site and project managers, engineers, and clients.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve issues that arise during construction, such as delays, equipment failures, or personnel problems.
  • Reporting: Keep records of work progress, incidents, weather conditions, and inspections.
